Restaurant Monte Carlo. You can't miss it. Decent food, but more expensive than any of the other restaurants in the area. However, we're only talking a difference of maybe $2. The second best restaurant to meet the girls would probably be the one a little to the right of Cascadas on the alley side, at least IMO.
