if that bar can get new attractive chicas and obligate them to stay there and not bail to CC or AB it'll be quite a feat. It hasn't happened in the 6 years i've been visiting the zona. Tropical went thru a great period for a while, they must have really been running a good advertisement back in Sinaloa for waitresses :). I had hopes for Tropa, but i guess that's not going to pan out (they are trying, but they cant seem to secure CC type talent - last week several of the girls were dressed up as Polynesian dancers, never did figure that one out).
