I understand your concern, but my experience with the Casino Filipino in Subic Bay gives me hope that it would be run honestly (the philippines is at least as corrupt as mexico, but I won money playing blackjack there). Hopefully, they would be smart enough to realize that running an honest game, and gaining a good reputation, is more profitable in the long run than short-term grifting. Time will tell. Kendricks
