I haven't tried Guerro for tacos, but since we are talking about taco stands outside of the Zone I will mention my favorite stand for many years. It is the one next to the race book on Revolucion. The race book is located in the alley that goes to "Peanuts and Beer". It is on the right hand side of Revolucion as you head up the street going south. It is between 5th and 6th streets I believe. The tacos are full size, not the little ones served in La Zona. They are packed with lots of good stuff. They cost less than a buck. Many locals eat there, which tells you something.
