Tacos El Primo is very good, as is the van just past Las Chavelas. Between those two, I probably ate a couple of hundred tacos in the last year. However, my favorite tacos in the zona come from the cart almost directly across the alley from Hong Kong. He also has quesadillas, which I think are even better.
