I must have eaten 500+ tacos in La Zona over the years, and I've yet to get sick. I've eaten at the first stand you come to as you take that right turn out of AB, and at the cart next to his. (the night guys wife helps out at this second cart, and has some of the nicest hair in La Zona) I also agree with Athos about Primo being one of the best places around. Aside from being bigger than most tacos, Primo also has different types of 'especial' tacos from time to time. So, if you like trying something different every once in a while, you can.
