I have a good general fix on where it is (I spoke to T$ and El Fuego - they gave me good directions but didn't have the precise address). It is definitely not the same place as Executive but it isn't far from there. Just hoping to avoid walking back and forth in the general vicinity trying to find another stealth MP, as I did with Executive and that place on Pio Pico that is hidden in an industrial minimall.
