Located in the state of Mexico this is the facility where Mario Aburto convicted of assesinating presidential candidate Colossio at a campaign rally in Tijuana is confined. I don't know how far along they are but the Baja California state government is building a new penitenciary at a place called El Hongo in the vicinity ofTecate They plan to transfer the most dangerous inmates from El Pueblito to there. Finally there is another detention facility in Tijuana in addition to La Ocho, El Pueblito, and El Consejo Tutelar. It's called La Estancia Municipal de Infractores. People who are busted for drunk and disorderly and other infractions can be held there for up to a couple of days.
