Dude, you gotta lighten up. All of this is gonna sound original and profound, I know, but YOU CAN'T ALWAYS GIT WHAT YOU WANT. Some chick disses you? FUCK HER FRIEND! Seriously -- whoremongering in no way has to be a competitive event. I don't care who you are, there is always gonna be somebody with MORE, whether it's more money, better looking, better dancer, Don Juan in bed, better conversation, more respectful, more sincere, more dedicated, WHATEVER. I am not saying you're looking for love in the Zona, as I'm pretty sure you're not, but even if you WERE, the only way it's gonna have a chance to succeed is if the chica has reciprocal feelings, and those things are generally impossible to predict. As with any woman, you can risk a lot of heartache and try to win her over or you can find someone that's maybe more into YOU. I don't mean this to sound harsh, but if the one you like is making excuses and running around with others that's a pretty good sign as to where you stand. Hopefully you won't take it seriously enough that this will bother you. Something it took me awhile to learn and I still forget from time to time is that there are babes APLENTY that you can have a much better time with. Looking for something from a woman that for WHATEVER REASON she can't give you is a recipe for heartache. The smart thing to do in this situation is to MOVE ON and chalk it up to being HER LOSS. Being jealous over what the 'other guy got' is almost as silly as gloating over 'what YOU got'. All you can do is have the best time you can possibly have AT THAT EXACT MOMENT. And if you're not having a good time, you're doing something wrong. The good news is that there's plenty of chances to try and try and TRY AGAIN! BTW, it took some balls to post about this here. And believe me, we're about the only ones who can even BEGIN to relate! |
