What chica wouldn't want to go and relax in a resort hotel in southern mexico/baja if some dude was going to pay for all their expenses and lavish them with gifts. Wouldn't you rather go to a beachside resort and get paid then work at Adelitas/Chicago. That trip is heaven for her. Shouldn't really take it personally, that dude probably has bucketful of money or money that he saved up just for that one occasion.
