I know how painfull hearing about this was for you. I have had an emotional rollercoaster for 8 months myself. Because I live so close it has been easy for me to develop a couple of intimate relationships way beyond anything I expected. After the intial blast,it gets real bumpy when their dysfuntion collides with any insecurity you may have and they have plenty of dysfuntion and we all have plenty of insecurity. The first time this happened to me, after the hurt wore off a bit, took about a week, it was as if a bubble around me had burst. That was truth reasserting itself and some self delusion being expelled. I hope this helps....if nothing else the response's are some of the best stuff I've read in a long time, so your post served a purpose imho.
