If it's beach and fishing you want, then San Quintin is the place. I spent 3 days there a few years ago, there's a campground on the beach a couple miles past the center of town which had relatively clean bathrooms and showers. The locals were friendly and there are also a couple of hotels on the water where you could get on a boat to fish or just hang out in the bar. Did not see any opportunity for mongering but we were there over Thanksgiving which was definitely off-season. It might be different in the summer. |
