Every man wants to be a "hero"... this is a pervasive, cross-cultural myth, exploited by women (of all ages) and "old men"...( yeah, ya gotta go to war, son...save the nation, ya know...I'm a little too old to put my ass on the line......etc...). Thus, the young man who does "baby's will" and "daddy's will"...gets to be a "hero" in his own mind. It's a very seductive, self-delusional mindset... KRICO |
