Explorer, Why would "San Felipe" be less boring if you speak spanish fluently. We wound up having a good time because he never dreamed I would bring a chica from tijuana down for his 40th birthday party. She was dressed in a sexy all black pants suit and looked stunning. I had a great time catching the looks of the gringas trying to find out who she was. I have been to San Felipe and Puertocitos before on car and on motorcyles - I can have a good time, but for me in of itself San Felipe is boring for me.
