ALWAYS keep your fingernails trimmed and neat, otherwise you risk irritating the chica's vaginal tract, thus subjecting her to an increased risk of infection. It does suck however when you have an itch (especially in the scrotal region) and your nonexistent nails futilely attempt to alleviate the condition.
