....after reading of MANY problems with Oscar Padilla (sp??) about 3 years ago I followed MLs advice and have been with Instant One ever since. They are on San Ysidro Blvd just west of the 5, on the right, in front of the Economy Inn. I think mine is about $150-180 a year. Be sure to get the legal aid.
