I use Lewis and Lewis insurance agency. www.mexicanautoinsurance.com I paid $133 for the year for full coverage( for a car valued at 3800).I think you can order over the internet, but I just walked in to their office on wilshire in Beverly hills.They sent me a renew notice, so the second year I just sent a check.Note;I have never needed to file a claim so I can't vouch for them on claim payments yet.
