Thanks for sharing that one. It was yet another engrossing, moving account that belongs in the Classic Post section along with the others. The stories that I find most enjoyable are the slice-of-TJ-life tales with a human emphasis. And no one writes those better than you do. A baby shower at Adelitas? Witnessing that must have been an incredible experience. Just more evidence that those chicas are real human beings, after all. Side note: When I first ventured into AB during the day, I also tripped over something before my eyes adjusted. Not sure if it was a chair or the step up to the left, but I almost knocked myself silly. Maybe they've set up some sort of a gringo trap... Keep the stories coming. Live for today. Even if that means eating Chinese food once in awhile.
