For some reason chicas seem to love chinese. The only chiniese restaurant I could find with food which is not extremely awful in TJ is Chan's. I is across from VIP and 2 blocks north of Charco de las Ranas in Zona Rio. The food is expensive, more so than in SD and the food is mediocre, but the place is nice, looks upscale and so far the girls I have taken were impressed. Again, the food in SD is so much better, but than there is the visa issue...
