IF you win big, over 10,000, you have to declare the cash to the US authorities at the border. If you do not, they will steal (er confiscate) it. However, if you DO declare it, you have to fill out a form, and now the IRS will know about it. A way around this is to take the cash, and open a bank account in Tijuana with an atm card. Then take the card home, and every day for the nexxt few months withdraw the daily limit. |
