was IMNSHO TOTAL in Miss Universe. Along with Miss Colombia and Miss Dom Republic, I'd include Miss Peru, Miss Uruguay and Miss Ecuador among the list of 'perfect 10s', and Miss Nicaragua not far behind--only non-latinas who rank with this fab five or six are Miss India, Miss Netherlands and Miss Greece.
