I don't think THE LEADER reads the threaded board--if you are really interested in hearing his usual fascistic babbling about this, you better post it to the discus board. This btw sounds like a pretty sound idea to me. As the first line in the article says "If it can't stop illegal migration to the United States, the Mexican government at least thinks hundreds of its people shouldn't die in the process each year."
