I'll be traveling alone to Mexico City for one week in February and I'm looking for some current information. I'll be staying at the Majestic in the Zocalo area. What problems might I expect getting a girl in there at night if I'm paying for two?

Specifically I would appreciate information on the current security situation and how to best handle getting around town by yourself day or night. I also would appreciate any information concerning Estetica Masculinas, Escort Services, Strip Clubs or whatever information you can provide. I'll do a report on my return. Thanks in advance.

Why not the Pink Zone if you want to play?
Downtown is safe during the day but at night have the hotel provide the taxi. Radio taxis are great - get a card. Don't wear a fancy watch.

I agree with Zorrorubio. The Zocalo is not the safest place after dark. It is far removed from the action. Try the Zona Rosa. Maybe the Calinda Geneveve. I really like the Hotel Maria Cristina. Rio Lerma 133. It is a 3 star quiet hotel a couple of blocks off of Reforma. It is a 10 minute walk from the Zona Rosa. A 10 minute taxi ride from the POlanco Casas de Cita. It is very close to the street girls on Sullivan. It is girl neutral. I have stayed there a collective 6 weeks over the last few years and have never had problems taking up women. It runs about $55 a night. The area is fairly safe even late at night. Just use common sense.

from 98 to 2001 I lived on Rio Po between Rio Panuco and Rio Nazas. I wandered all over this area and the Zona Rosa at night usually alone and never had a problem. Be aware of your surroundings. Dont carry a lot of money or your bank cards. Dont take one of the metered taxis if it does not have its lisence posted in the window. In 3 years of residence I never had a single problem and I went out 5 nights of 7.

Look in other Mexico city posts for the number of Ingeniero Norman. You cant go wrong with his girls. The closet is always good. Stay away from Keops, Solid Gold, Jet Set, Bar Hawaii unless you want to spend top dollar.

If you speak a little Spanish, go for amateurs at Bar Alamo across the street from the Angus restauraunt in the Zoan Rosa.

Mexico city has it all from $15 to $400, A few good looking girls around town, hundreds to choose from at the $15 level, they dont see too many gringo's around town, give them $50 and their yours! Then go to the Zona Rosa, where you walk in a club and its all executives in suits and the Hottest ass girls i've ever seene are there, I mean mexican girls, with boob jobs, long blonde hair, HARD bodies, they'll sit in your lap and tell you $400 for 3 hours! I said how much for a year! Anyway, its the largest city in the world and they have really cleaned it up in the last five years. There used to be alot of smog but its pretty much gone now, they clean the streets all the time, repave the sidewalks etc... nice place to go hunting for chicas...Lets Go!
