Here's what worked fairly good last time.
We set a time to meet at the Marabu Club (The Best Place....what a joke of a slogan that is)
because nobody's ever in there. No way we can get lost in that place.

Let me know what's good for you. Let's try to meet at time other the quality time over at Tamyko's and Papagayo's. That would be 10PM to 2AM. I would consider those times happy hour. I intend to be a few hours into an allnighter cum 2AM (pun intended)

Has anybody stayed in the Red Roof Inn in Laredo? Rates seem good, and it looks like i can get a room with a modem jack

hey, just back from Laredo and a great weekend at BT, well semi great weekend. anyways, if you stay really late at Bt and try to check in around 4 or 4:30 at the executive hotel, they will let you stay two nights for the price of one because the night is half gone anyways, well thats what they did for us. the room was great.. cold air as soon as we walked in the room. great feeling. TV had all Fiber Optic channels except for of course the movie channels. it was 55 total two beds for two people. we are definately staying there the next time, the trick is to not check in until late when your coming back from bt, but i really hope you guys don't get stuck without a room anywhere, before we got there, they offered a room to us down the street that had no a/c. i was like. man are we still in NL!!

Anybody have info on the 123 club? Is it just a strip clib or can you go back to the rooms. I've been to BT about 5 or 6 times. The last time was the end of Oct 2000 Thurs. and it was kind of dead. I mean the whole place Papa's and Tamiko's had some action but nothing like the other times I have been there.
At the 123 club the firat couple of times I went to BT there was room action. but the last 2 times I was there I didn't see anyone go to the rooms. The chicas at 123 tend to be much young that the other clubs, abd that what peeks my interest.

Any info is appreciated.

My plans changed late yesterday, instead of leaving on the 16th, I'm leaving right NOW.LOL I will be there tonight, and Sunday night. will have full report when I get back.

I was down Tuesday to see my fave. The management at Tamykos told me they must close down at 2:00 AM. I told them about the 3:00 AM closings in TJ and how some of the clubs got around it by paying for extended licenses. The owner said they were not making enough money to pay anymore than they allready are. I stay at the Tamyko when I go down to NL and I can verify the 2:00 AM closing when Iwas there. This may be a hardship on some of you guys, but it sure made for quite sleeping Tuesday night. Just thought you guys might want to know. Good times.

I was down there last night and saw the new operating hours. At about 1:30am, the bars started to turning the lights down. I was out there and on my way back to Laredo before 2:00am. I couldn't even walk through Marabu to get to my car part in the back there.

As for the quality of the ladies, there weren't as many pretty ones as the last time that I was there. Which was last November. And also fewer ladies too.

The early closing caught me by surpise and didn't get a chance to get a lady. But with the selection, wasn't that disappointed. I'll be in TJ at the end of the week. So not a big deal. Will make another trip down tonight.

This early closing stuff really sucks. Fortunately for me I usually find a gal for an allnighter by that time. Maybe it will make it much easier for us allnigher guys to find a chica. I would think the price of an allnighter might go down a little with the girls more willing to do so. But that would be if the supply was maintained at the same level. If the # of available girls drops the price might even go up a little. I'll have to talk to Tonio (the man in charge at Papagayo's) about these early closings. Is the night starting a little earlier now? Maybe at 6PM instead of 9PM? If the girls want to make the same money, they need to get the hours in. And the guys need to show up earlier. I am in favor of earlier quality time.

Won't hang around there too long. It's usually too dead in there. If you ask the late 30's gringos in there with glasses if they know rodetrip I will most likely come back with "Who's asking?" Gotta have some code words, right?

Cutting it off early to head over to Papagayo's and Tamyko's. Should have either one or 3 buddies with me. With this early closing time, need to find a quality gal for the allnighters really early.
