Be very careful about getting "clipped"! As a foreigner, you are a prime target for tourist scams. And be careful of the girlie bars/nightclubs.

I got scammed for about fifty bucks at some bar, with a "bait & switch" money trick. It was dark, and the bills look almost the same.

And I met a Korean dude on biz, and he got taken for around 700 bucks at a girlie bar, on lady drinks. He called the tourist police, but they were no help. He had to pay up.

Yeh, I have been to Athens before and am aware of MOSST of the tricks. I have just learned to be cautious WHEREVER I travel!
