If you go to the trip reports section, select S.A. and then Peru, you will find everything you need to know...even the older reports are still very accurate, with prices only increasing slightly. RTGouch and others have done an excellent job of listing anything from nightlife, ladies, etc to resturants...
Should you have any specific questions after reading some of the reports PM me and I will gladly try and answer any questions.

I have the current info on Peru. My site is a free info blog. List of hotels and working girls. You can view them all free. There are telephone numbers listed to call and make arrangements. www.playmateperu.com. Also there is a forum in english which will give you all the spots. The main dive is cucardas . it is in the ghetto, so do not go alone. Or make friends with a Taxi driver and pay his cover. Well, if we had twelve we would be "The Dirty Dozen", and we don't want that! It was a well-planned and throughly executed plan, to limit the number to ten, consisiting of members from every board; Asia, Central America, Europe, Mexico, and of course South America! This plan, in keeping with time honored tradition, requires stick on name tags just to keep it's finely honed members identified, much to the chagrin of others. Granted, there may and most possibly will be some overlapping of trip schedules, with members arriving and departing Lima/Peru at various clandestin hours, but generally there will be 8-10 members there at any given time.

Since there are ten instead of a dozen I wracked my brain for a name for us. All I have come up with is "Nine Outstanding Men plus CopperfieldKid".

Colombia was dangerous in 1997. I have 7 trips to Colombia since 2005. I haven't been back to DR since last September.

And when the last president decided to loot the country it tripled the prices of eating out.

There's not a best place to stay for plenty of girls. Just make sure you pick a hotel or apartment in the Miraflores area. You will have to go to the clubs or other venues to meet girls. Much has been written in the threads regarding Peru, and most if not all your questions can be answered by simply reading them.
