Burma/Laos/Vietnam/Cambodia in Feb/Mar/April 2003

I will be going to Thailand in Feb or March 03 and am interested in a side trip or 2. I would like to hear about anyone else who will be checking out these places then. I would also welcome any advice not already posted, especially on the first 3 countries where there is much less information than for Cambodia. And yes, I already know Cambodia is the only real 'hot' choice.
