Hombre,

I was wondering why is it felt that we must reenter our username and password for every posting or reply we make? It is kind of a pain and since we did use them to login then why do it all over again?

I am guessing perhaps you are concerned that someone may post when the user is not looking but perhaps requesting to login again after X minutes of inactivity would work as well.

Just wondering and thanks for all your efforts!

It has to do with the Discus software, but it can be enabled by request. Anyone that wants their username/password stored in a cookie may submit a support request and we'll enable it on your account. I think I can come up with a way where users can turn this on/off by themselves, but it's not ready at the moment.

Just to clarify:

I would still need to enter the username and password at the beginning of each session, correct?

Concarne, yes. We made this adjustment for you. Let us know if this is what you had in mind.
