Pricing Table
It would be neat to see a pricing table (averages)for ST/LT in all countries/cities.
Something like:
Thailand-Bangkok $xx/$xx
Thailand-Pattaya $xx/$xx
Philippines-Manila $xx/$xx
Philippines-Angeles City $xx/$xx
Colombia-Cartagena $xx/$xx
Colombia-Cali $xx/$xx
etc.
Not sure who would compile the information. Maybe one of the trip report winners for each country.

This is not a bad idea, the challenge is in finding the volunteers. I'll go ahead and start with a little bit I know off the top of my head, and hopefully others will contribute to the table.

Maybe averages and ranges can be posted once enough people have put in the rates they worked with.
