ClubHombre's photo policy was revised on July 28th, 2006 to no longer allow photos showing an unobstructed view of the pubic region. The short, concise explanation is because we were explictly advised to so by our lawyers due to a law that was signed the previous day. This new record-keeping law targets entertainment companies only and has no effect on you as a traveler, so please continue to submit photos.

On July 27th, 2006 we received an important email notification from the Free Speech Coalition, a trade association for the adult entertainment industry that ClubHombre is part of. On July 28th we spoke with our lawyers for clarification on the announcement of the new law that was announced.
ClubHombre's legal council is a prominent and experienced firm specializing in adult entertainment. We were informed that display of the pubic region is now much more risky for webmasters and advised some changes. Consequently, as of July 27th, 2006, ClubHombre no longer allowed new photos that show the uncovered pubic region.
Since then, we have had several conversations with our lawyers and are keeping in regular contact to clarify what we can and cannot display, and also to keep updated on any related developments.
In order to keep ClubHombre around in the future, we need to keep CH fully compliant with US laws. Thanks for your understanding.
P.S. As a brand new law, there may be other organizations that either are willing to take additional risks, or more likely, do not keep up to date on the laws affecting adult sites and webmasters. We at ClubHombre do not believe continuing to display these kinds of photos warrant the risk of legal action against the site.
