Terms of Service
ClubHombre is a leading online resource targeted towards the single adult traveler. The primary topic of discussion on this website is SAFE & LEGAL sex between consenting adults outside the United States' borders. Posting about commercial sexual services in the United States is strictly prohibited.
MESSAGE BOARDS
Registration is required to read and post messages. By registering, users agree to comply by the rules as set forth in this document. Failure to follow the terms of service may result in a warning, loss of posting privileges, suspension of an account, and/or ban from this website depending on the severity of the infraction.
The message boards on this site are semi-moderated. Posts that the moderators feel are inappropriate or off-topic may be relocated, modified or deleted at the moderators discretion without notice. Moderation is expected to be minimal provided visitors avoid the following in their posts:
1. Discussion of illegal activity. (If you are unsure of allowable topics, please inquire via email or support request.)
2. Accusations, claims, or suggestions of members taking part in illegal activity. (Concerns should be directed to administrators, not posted on the message boards.)
3. Disclosing personal information of current or former members (including but not limited to descriptions, names, details, or other sensitive information about other individuals.)
4. Harassment of other members.
5. Posting of copyrighted material from someone other than the copyright owner.
6. Posts defamatory in nature.
7. Promotion of medical information contrary to what is generally accepted within the medical community.
8. Threats of any kind.
9. Posting of commercial services (without prior approval from the moderators.)
Any claim or promotion of sex with persons under the age of 18 is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and WILL NOT BE TOLERATED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Photos depicting nudity must ONLY be of persons age 18 or higher. Sexually explicit conduct, including masterbation, may NOT be posted. Cropping, blurring, or other means of obscuring photos does NOT exempt a photo from our photo posting policy.
ClubHombre and its message boards exist for the discussion of consensual sex exclusively between consenting adults 18 years of age or older. ClubHombre does not promote, condone, nor tolerate anyone's sexual contact with persons under the age of eighteen anywhere in the world nor will it permit this site to be used for discussion, postings, or sexually suggestive images involving minors in any fashion. Any message discussing sexual activity with a minor will lead to post and member removal. Minors may be mentioned only to the extent that a post condemns sex with underage persons and predominantly serves as a premonitory purpose of warning to caution our readers against real danger and to encourage the practice of checking identification documents establishing age. Title 18 United States Code Section 2423 provides that any person who travels in interstate commerce or travels into the United States, or a United States citizen or an alien admitted for permanent residence in the United States who travels in foreign commerce, for the purpose of engaging in any commercial sex act with another person under the age of 18, and any United States citizen or alien admitted for permanent residence who travels in foreign commerce and who actually does so outside the country, and any person who attempts or conspires to any of these things, shall be fined or imprisoned not more than 30 years. This provision also imposes the same penalty with respect to even noncommercial, consensual sex with certain persons under the age of 18 under the circumstances described and defined in Sections 2241 and 2246 of Title 18 of the United States Code. Local ages of consent are of no interest to these federal criminal laws of the United States. Local laws concerning the age of consent and the legal status of prostitution are not relevant to those statutes and the alleged legality of the act under local law is no defense to an American prosecution under Section 2433.

Members are advised to only post material that they are willing to leave behind if access is lost to all or part of the site. ClubHombre is under no obligation to remove content from any message boards or other areas of the site.
SECURITY
Any attempts made at bypassing or disabling security on the ClubHombre server may lead to the downgrading of one's account, the removal of one's account, or a complete ban from the ClubHombre website depending on the severity of the infraction. Security violations may include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Downloading of ClubHombre photos
2. Unauthorized distribution of ClubHombre content
3. Attempts to bypass ClubHombre security
4. Posting of instructions to bypass ClubHombre security

The moderators make every effort to control the posting of inappropriate material. However, ClubHombre cannot, and does not, guarantee that such material will never appear on this site. Messages posted to the ClubHombre message boards are the expressed opinions of their author, and do not necessarily reflect the policies and opinions of ClubHombre or its moderators.
