They currently list 4206 internet cafes in 140 countries. You can search by city or country and they usually have name, address, phone number, prices, etc.

Presuming there are companies that specialize in helping cybercafes to get established, it would be nice if they would encourage new cafes to register with this web site. I tried a couple of weeks ago to get a cafe to register that had been established for less than a week, in San Felipe. Also, a cafe that was to open in a few days, in Francisco Zarco, Valle de Quadalupe, BC. Neither are registered. The latter is especially weird, 'cuz I registered it!
