I am in much doubt of where i will spend my time. I want to be about 3 weeks or a month in either Lima, Cartagena, Cali or Medellin and write a huge report back here on CH.I think i just want to be one place all the time and i want to hear some suggestions from you where I probably would have the best time. Now i am on a budget, i dont want to spend too much, i like the cheap places , casas and so on , and considering that i like and im usually good to getting non-pros too besides the pros , what city will be best suited for me?Also considering the price of living a whole month is important , the food and especially the appartment...On the interenet I have found a really cheap place in lima for 420 dollars a month...Can this be found in Colombian cities?And its nice and guest friendly as they answered me in e-mail..I know some of you will say Rio is the best.But Rio is much more expensive and is not for me. Thank you
