If you carry pix on your person, in this decision they were on a laptop, you are subject to a warrentless search by customs. To Wit:

For Fourth Amendment purposes, an international airport terminal is the "functional equivalent" of a border. Thus, passengers deplaning from an international flight are subject to routine border searches."
