Practially speaking placing an ad wont do you much good lunless the women have a local number to call...and probably you will need to speak some portuguese. Just place an ad on Yahoo encontras and dont worry about what everyone on here has to say.

Yahoo Encontros works for sure..... talking for personal experience BUT Portuguese helps for sure! None of the girls I met spoke English.
