sorry, i haven't been to South America yet although the women look hot! then again, i am sure you get more choices in the Philippines and Thailand in terms of numbers. Plus you can stray away from AC! try Makati or Edsa or Cebu or Clark in the Philippines. just make sure you let the girls know you have "other friends." it lessens the drama! good hunting!

I'm not much of a fan of Buenos Aires as it is a rather mercenary place where the girls are often more trouble than they are worth. There is at least one English-speaking website that concentrates on Buenos Aires, and one sees more "negative experience" posts there than just about anywhere. I would stay away, particularly given some of the concerns you posted.
In my book, most of Asia is preferred to Buenos Aires. I can't speak to Colombia except to say from what I hear it is much better than Buenos Aires from a monger's perspective. If you aren't terribly price sensitive you might want to add Brazil to your list but then again it sounds like you aren't looking to spend Brasil prices.

Also, note that both BA and the various places in Colombia are more oriented to ST than LT, so it's very different experience than AC. If you are into LT, there are few places better, and almost none cheaper, than AC.

Hmmm. Honestly, none. You can get LT in Cuba pretty easily, but dealing with Cuba is a pain in the ass. Indonesia is ST-oriented, as are the places I've been in China. LT is available in Cambodia, but Cambodia's infrastructure sucks. I have no trouble finding LT in Brazil, but it's expensive by Asian standards.
