I've been to Romania - Bucharest, the capital. In Bucharest go to the Office Bar (near Hotel Dorobanti) and sit at the main bar, and you will find that very pretty available women flock to you - all it takes is spending generously on drinks ($3/Guinness).You can also go to Iasi, a city in the North, and check out Hotel Orizont's dance club. Hang around for a while and decide who you like, and then go talk to her and you will have company...that won't set you back more than $20.

I've travelled to Bucharest and Constanta (in March) and had a few experiences to share.
It is true that almost every woman is beautiful - at least in my opinion, if you like the dark hair and mysterious eyes. I tried Club Herestrau and found it very good, despite what some might say. Excellent selection of women, all 7s or above and very few men around. Being from North America seemed to be an advantage as most other men were Turks and the girls I spoke with did not klike being with them, yet they wouldn't say why. The standard there was $100 for the night, depends when you get there but they always stayed with me until 4 or 5 am. Good sex and conversation (I know that isn't what everyone is looking for) overall excellent GFE
Constanta is a little smaller and we didn't travel around the city and sort of fell into a party with girls in the lobby - pretty and fairly young. They asked for $100 but I ended up with 2 gypsies for $80 total - woke up the rest of the hotel what a couple of banshies.
I'm a little younger (30) and in reasonable shape I also was not too concerned about buying girls a drink etc.. so found it relatively easy to meet girls in restaurants, bars, shopping malls pretty much everywhere.
One more point is that the average salary is well below the 250 USD most people have quoted - 250 is doing really, really well. there are those that are living on 50-100 minimum, so $2-3 tips go a long way to helping out - I also like the fact that $30 is 1 million lei (local currency) feel like a bigshot - yet it is pretty hard to spend a mill.
