The scene is Belgium is similar to that in Holland. In the cities there are private houses, sex clubs, and escort serices. Everything seemed pretty open (ala Holland), but I didn't check the many houses were reached by car.

Antwerp had a great "massage" place in the city center. They advertise in the local free flyers (city scene?).

At the north end of the city center (just south of the harbor and the ring road, by the water) there is an old fashioned red light district, like Amsterdams). Only two streets, tho.

Prices were reasonable with no problems.
Antwerp also had many hot sheet hotels - girls must be on the streets nearby.

Ghent is a beautiful city with one very nice extra, it has a small red light district with window girls. I found a number to be good lookers and could have partaken if I wanted. As I did not, I have no idea of pricing.
