visited this club at the end of June 2003 (see trip report for all details). here are the basics:

about twenty minutes by taxi from downtown barcelona. taxi cost is 25E one way.

girls are fantastic. from all over the world and stroll around in next to nothing, seemed like they all spoke some english (enough for me anyway). didn't see one i wouldn't fuck and i have high standards.

cost is 150E for one hour, i did get a 75E half hour deal but that was combined with another gal for 150E for an hour, not sure if you can get action for just 75E (i didn't try).

girls will leave the club with you and the price depends on how good you are at negotiating. i think they can leave anytime they want for no fee to the house. i took a couple girls out and kept them a second night. they made some talk about needing to pay the house 70E each for not working that night (a thursday). i already paid them so much i said they should pay out of their own pocket. could have been a lie to extract more cash from my wallet.

the place takes credit cards and the folks that work there (not the girls) provide excellent service. i speak no spanish and had no problems at all. was there on a wed night and seemed to be 6 or 8 girls for each guy. got there at around 10 or 11. was more crowded when i left around 2am or so but i didn't pay much attention as i already had my girls.

the guys at the hotel and three different taxi drivers all told me club riviera was the place to go in barcelona for this type of action. i'd heard saratoga club might be good - was told it was a dump in comparison. didn't have time to try it.

club riviera is not cheap. if you can get in and out of there for 300E, you've done well. can't imagine going in and having just one session. lady drinks seemed to range from 20E to 40E or so, i think i paid 68E for two once (champagne - which i figure must be the top shelf price).

if you have the cash, give it a shot. otherwise, i'd check out saratoga first. wouldn't go to barcelona just for this club, but a nice add on if you are already planning to be in bcn.

i made a second trip to barcelona. just returned. called my gal from club riviera (ms ecuador from my trip report in june 2003) and she met me at my hotel at 11pm and stayed until 2pm the next day. charge of 300E. fucked all over the room for hours.

two nights later, she came by with a friend, paid 600E for the two of them. fucked all over the room for hours again. they left about 4pm (arrived at midnight).

i'm posting here as it makes sense to get the gals number so you can avoid going to the club and save a little $$$. perhaps this is obvious to everyone but thought i'd mention it.

At 600E, exactly how much did you save?

here is some math using basic assumptions.

1. i'm loaded up on booze, viagra, and other things.

2. the girls are there for 16 hours.

3. sleep is 4 hours.

4. sex is 50% of the hours not sleeping (breaks are required).

that results in 6 hours of sex. at riviera, six hours of sex with two girls would be 6x300E or 1,800E. that makes 1,200E savings. call it 600E as it would be tough to spend six hours in the room at riviera. they aren't open long enough.

I was at Club Riviera in July 2004. Current price in 70 eur for 30 minutes. Taxi is 25 eur from Las Ramblas. Attractive ladies from many countries. Most are aggressive. You just have to be patient and shop for what you want. Plenty of eye candy at this place. At 10pm on a Thursday, probably around 100 ladies. I only sessioned once, with a Romanian. Nice performance and attitude.

I found this place far superior to Flowers Park in Madrid. Here is my account…

I left the Plaza Catalunya area a little after 8p with arriving at La Riviera between 9p-10p as my goal. The train and metro system in Barcelona is easy and convenient, and I recommend it. I paid €2.60 in total for two train tickets, first taking the metro to Sants station then transfering to the train to Castedellfels (not Castedellfels Playa which is the next stop after).

From the Castedellfels station, take the tunnel under the tracks and you will come upon what is obviously the correct street – it is perpendicular to the tracks and you will see a roadway bridge a few 100m’s ahead. Pass under this bridge and then continue (going through a nice area with intersections until you come upon a highway ramp) about 1km, when you finally make it to the end you’ll be at the edge of the large highway running perpendicular to you. Take a left here and follow a pebble/dirt path with the highway now to your right, and the club will be about 200m ahead. The entrance is actually at the far end of the building – even though it appears there is an entrance at the near end.

At about 9:30p I paid €12 entrance/consumption, which covered my €10 Heinneken tap. This was about the perfect time to enter, as opening time is 5p and it gets quite packed by 11p or so. Maybe even earlier is better if you want to get a girl closer to start time. As I have read, prices for 30min onsite is €70 plus €5 for room/tower. This is the price I threw out and it was immediately accepted.

I first hung out for 60-90 minutes, enjoying practicing my Spanish and Portuguese. There were over 50 girls, and at least half must have been Latinas. I did a lot of kicking back, watching, and conversing… noting which girls were aggressive and which were not… which smoked and which didn’t (I don’t like cigarettes, about ¾ smoked)… which spoke English and which didn’t (I don’t like speaking English in foreign countries; about ½ did speak good English)… which had the nerve to approach me and within 3 mintues ask me to for something (to go upstairs, a drink, a Euro, a cig) often before even asking me my name (god I hate that!)… and generally enjoying being in the middle of 50 girls in bikinis with most of them pretty damn hot (better than Help or termas of late).

Last trains are around 11p, so taxi is the only option back into town if you don’t have a car. Back to Catalunya cost €25 or so.

Oops - meant to say "girls here are hot" not "girls here are girls". I might be back this weekend - anyone in town?

I recently revisited Riviera. There was a good amount of turnover in the 3-4 weeks between visits, maybe 10-30%, maybe more.

This place has some really hot girls. ... A lot better than termas in Rio recently I have to say.

I visited this place in mid-march. The train you need is T-2. You can take the Metro to Barcelona Sants and catch it there. I was slightly confused when I went to get the T-2 in Barcelona Sants because the map makes it look like it is part of the Metro system, but it is not. The train is acutally a Renfe Cercanias train and you need to exit the Metro turnstile and enter the turnstile for this train, paying with a Metro card or buying a one way Metro Fare of 1.30 Euros - there are actually 3 different train companies running in the Barcelona underground system, however, the multi journey ticket works for all of them. I bought a 10 journey ticket and it lasted 4 days.

The T-2 stops running about 23:20 back to Barcelona Sants. I timed the train from Barcelona Sants to Castelldefels at 22 minutes. FLhobbyer's instructions above are pretty right on, just to add to them you could make a right at some point when walking down the street perpendicular to the tracks and then a left and be on a main street where there are is a good mediterranean restaurant that I ate at before hitting Riviera. The restaurant is right before you get to the second highway.

As posted above, the talent level is as good or better than a termas, however, the quality of service may not be quite as consistent. I had some really good sessions in this place and I had the worst session of my mongering career there.

The bad session was partially my fault as I was drinking on St. Patricks day in an Irish bar in Barcelona till about 2:30 AM...when another guy in the bar and I thought it might be a good idea to go to Riviera...so I was a little tipsy to say the least when I walked in. By the way, the hours are 17:00 till 05:00. Upon arriving (slightly drunk), I chose Coco, a 27 yo Columbiana with a beautiful face and a huge fake rack. I took a shower and paid her (it is customary to pay first in a puticlub, I got some pretty strong push back when I attempted to say that I'll pay after). We started having sex and she said in English "you still have to pay me." (FYI-the going price in Riviera is 80 Euros for 30 minutes). I said I already paid, then blew it off as though she actually forgot. Then when a minute later she asked for me to pay her again, I started to get annoyed as she was obviously thinking that I was drunk and she could get me to forget that I paid. When I was visibly annoyed after the fourth "you pay me" request, she started saying "Mas Money" "Mas Money" at which point I told her to shut up. When she asked to be paid for the 5th time, I got pissed off, jumped out of bed, hastily dressed, grabbed the room key and took off to find the manager. Unfortunately I put up with her antics for almost 25-30 minutes so the manager said that you pay for the time not a promise of services, which I did not like. To complicate matters, when I arived back at my hotel, I realized that my phone and camera were missing. They could have fallen out of my pockets in the cab or they could have been lifted by Coco...who knows, but the moral of the story is DON'T PICK COCO FROM COLUMBIA!

I know this is a bad story, but in this business you are going to find a few bad apples and I unfortunately stumbled across one at Rviera.

I have to say that I did have some really great sessions with Romanians and a Brasilera from Porto Alegre who at one point worked at Cafe Foto in Sao Paulo. I found Riviera to be the best venue and maybe the best talent of all of the places I have been in Spain. Just make sure that you have a firm understanding with the girl and obviously it is a good idea to have some level of sobriety.

Ahhh...what a thing of beauty. Soccer I just looked at the schedule and the train does start back up at about 5 AM. Looks like if you miss the 5:02 you have to wait until 6:36, though.

Riviera has closed?

Yes. And, you didn't miss much. Ugly aggressive drugged out girls which is the case with most of Barcelona. The city itself is worth a visit and the local Spanish non-pro girls are very friendly.
