Cost 75 Euros to get in and includes a few drinks. They had about fifteen women to choose from. I would rate the women from 7 to 10 and I don't give out 10s to often, but they had a few. The cost was about 150 Euros for an hour, the rooms were great, Clean big round bed, and jacuzzi. The only downside was the women try to get you to buy some champagne. I guess they get a commission off this.
A little expensive, but you get what you pay for right.

On my October 2011 trip I stopped by this place and they were permanently closed with a "Club Elegance No More" sign pasted on the door.
For informational purposes, this club was located at Nicolaas Witsenkade 38, south of the city center just to the southwest of Frederiksplein park. They used to have a website, but it doesn't work now, it just times out.
