The Anna Hotel is located on the south side of Lärchenstraße near the intersection with Elektronstraße in Griesheim/Frankfurt am Main. Look carefully because most of the building is obscured by a fence, but you should still be able to see the sign over the top when driving by. The fence borders the free parking lot with the hotel located in the middle.
I stayed here when I decided I was going to remain in Frankfurt instead of driving to Dusseldorf and Priceline wouldn't let me make a same day bid. Anna was recommended as an inexpensive alternative by a guy working at the iCafe near my hotel. I have also seen Anna recommended elsewhere for it's low price.
The daily rate I was quoted and paid was 50 euros, at the time of this posting $63 US. (The incredible rate I had paid the rest of my stay was $50 US at Marriot Courtyard Frankfurt Messe, but they wanted 80 euros ($101 US) per night without Priceline, and I believe even that was a reduced rate because I was already staying there.
For my 63 bones I got a very tiny room with a bathroom hardly larger than a closet. It was functional and didn't bother me because I'm hardly picky, but I'm sure that most people here would be very unhappy with this room at that price. But then again, if I understand correctly prices in Frankfurt are generally very high.
According to the summary page on the site referenced above, breakfast is included and internet access is available, I didn't spend enough time here to verify either.
A better budget alternative would probably be a bed & bath in one of the small towns. Supposedly there are many, but I did not research them much. If I recall correctly, Wallstreet provided the email address for one in one of his reports.
