This is the 2nd biggest city in Bulgaria. IT is very cosmopolitan. Nice shops, muesuems, monuments, and tons of pretty girls. I am most certain that this being the 2nd biggest city in Bulgaria, that P4P can be found. There are a number of discoteques, restuarants and bars in this town. I would recommend hanging out there, even if it is to check out the scenerary. to be honest, this city would be a great place to live. it does not have the congested, fast feel that sofia has. and i am sure an american can find a girlfriend there, and an english speaking one at that. i will explore P4P options when the necessity arises.
