Cleopatra Sauna - located under the Flamingo Casino, next to the Hotel Brno. Rates are 500 rubles ($15) per hour for the sauna, with a 2 hour minimum. Rates for the girls are also 500 rubles are hour. The sauna is first rate, very clean and well maintained. Good vodka available for $1 a shot. I spent 240 rubles on auxiliary stuff, cigarettes, vodka, a martini for the girl, etc.

2 hours with the girl was quite fun, during which we did the classic sweat in the sauna and then plunge into a cold pool. Great way to recover from a session to regain one's vital juices.

Night Flight: this is a branch of the Moscow Night Flight, the greatest whore bar in the universe. Unfortunately, the Voronesh branch is much tamer. The 200 ruble cover charge buys you admission to a show that is a close cousin to the one that the New York bar in TJ used to put on. Lots of couples watching the show, I couldn't identify any single women who were not waiting for some boyfriend to show up, or were fans of the one of the singers.

Brno Hotel:

This is not a typing error, the hotel name is really spelled that way. Anyway, its located downtown, right next to the Flamingo Casino, about 5 minutes by taxi from the train station. Most buses pass by there, too, so you can take a 9 cent bus from the station to the hotel.

I was charged about $50 a night as a walk-in for a 'luxury' room, but I could have gotten a cheaper rate ($34) if I had called ahead. The hotel is not in the best shape, but the rooms are OK if you can tolerate the lack of hot water.

More interesting is the room service. About midnight, I asked what passed for hotel security (a couple of young guys watching TV) if there were girls available, and they quoted me a rate of 700 rubles ($20). This is the equivalent of ordering room service. Within 5 minutes, some guy brought a couple of high school cheerleader types to my door, and I got to pick. Were I not such a cheapskate, I would have gone with both of them, but 700 rubles is a lot of money in Voronezh.

Within a few minutes I had this blond, thin young thing in the bed and the fun began.

At the end of an hour or so, I gave her a 100 ruble tip ($3) which is about 100 rubles more than Russians usually tip. This really made her day. My day was already made at that point.

Nega Sauna:

This was somewhat more difficult to find, but one of the taxi drivers knew where it was, a couple of miles north of downtown on Moscow Prospect, on a side street called Slav Avenue (Slavi Perelok), #6.

Its just a small house on a non-descript street, surrounded by trees, with a sauna in the back portion of the house. The sauna is quite good. Half is a public sauna, filled with sweaty Russian men, and the other half is a private sauna, rentable at 300 rubles an hour ($9). The sauna features a changing room, basically just a wide corridor where you get into a towel; an eating room, basically a picnic table where you consume food and drink vodka; a larger room up a small flight of stairs with a large jacuzzi (no bubbles, though, and the water isn't that warm); off to the side of jacuzzi room is the obligatory sauna; and not to forget the bedroom.

I asked for a girl, and within ten minutes some guy showed up with 2 girls in tow. I took a petite dark haired girl named Maya, and off we went. The price for the girl was 450 rubles (~ $15) per hour, and I went with the two hour job, prepaid.

So, we did the sauna, the jacuzzi, and the bedroom. As with most Russian working girls, Maya was completed shaved between the legs, and showed signs of having spent considerable time at the beach, which is no trivial task in central Russia.

As always, condom use is obligatory, I suspect that the girls are very wary of Americans in this regard, although Maya had never had an American client.

I returned to the Brno hotel by bus, it took 10 minutes and cost 9 cents.

I couldn't resist, so I went back to the afore-mentioned Sauna Nega today (the prior report was about yesterday - Sunday, its Monday evening here in the former USSR as I write this). Anyway, I learned a valuable lesson: if you just show up at a sauna, and order for a girl, you get what's available at that time, that's what happened yesterday, I got a regular girl. Today, I rented the sauna for an hour by myself, but told the staff that I would take a second hour with a girl. That gave them an hour to round up talent. Which they did. In spades. After an hour of circling the tiny pseudo-jacuzzi, I got a knock on the door, and in walked 6 or 7 beauties. One in particular looked like a combination Christina Aguilera/Anna Kournikova, which could resist (who could for 450 rubles - $14 ??).

I got my money's worth out of her, too. About 15 minutes of serious covered BBBJ, and then the rest of the time in various positions - but I couldn't hold out for the whole time. I took a photo of her in the sauna, afterwards, which I will try to post here, I she is photogenic in bad light.
