Also, you can get an absolute stunner in LOS for 2,000 Baht, but you can't in London for less than approximately 10,000-30,000 Baht (Short Time).

yes its a lot cheaper in BKK,even Russia is expensive, East europe is only slightly cheaper than The rest of Europe, but still not as cheap as Bangkok,and then again in East Europe, the prices keep going up.

Redbus made the comment in different thread a few weeks back that he goes a few months without shooting a load to prep up for Thailand. Therefor I see him going to a massage place in London to be a medical necessity if nothing else.

The US is the worst place for a monger to live. Unless we travel we either pay a good deal of money for marginal service. To get good service you pay a whole lot and most likely that good service isn't that great. The UK is an expensive place but at least you can get good service there.

Lobster dinners in Atlanta and Dallas are pricey. A 1.5 lb lobster dinner in Kittery Maine will set you back less than the price of a meal at Denny's. It's all supply, demand, fixed costs and legal availability. Most of us don't hold out for a trip and pay the rate wherever we are. Hopefully it all balances out in the end.
