Working Apartments in Moscow. There are basically two types. Brothel style and living / working apartments. I have been to both. The Brothel style are a bit more sad. As has been written before, they are basically an apartment with a few bedrooms and a half dozen of so girls sitting around (usually smoking) and a mamasan. You come into the apartment, sit down for tea, talk about price, choose a girl and off you go to the shower and the bedroom, yada, yada, yada. I'm not exactly sure if anyone actually lives at this type of apartment or not, but one I went to seemed like the mamasan might actually live there. The same type of arrangement might also be true of one of Moscow's many massage parlors although there are some massage places that are set up to look like legitimate massage shops. What strikes you is that these girls are sort of sitting around staring blankly int space waiting for something to happen. Kinda sad really, at least the girls in the club and the streets are "working it" and trying to get something going. Of course these types of places are normally financed by the local mob in that part of town.

The other type is the individual working apartment where a girl (or maybe two girls) might live there full time and use the apartment for her home based business as well. I found this type of arrangement to be a MUCH more pleasant experience. The girl is inviting you into her home and has the place set up to be more comfortable and more enjoyable. Nice tea, fancy soaps and shit, nice towels, better section of sex toys and generally these apartment tend to be much cleaner.

In my last report I wrote about Irina (the ballerina) and her apartment. It was nice and homey but the one that impressed me the most was the apartment belonging to Tskiosha (I know, it's a mouthful to pronounce). Her web site on www.sextalk.ru said she spoke limited English so I thought it might be a good bet. The drill is that you call them on the phone and try to establish contact. If you don't speak any Russian and the girl does not speak any English, you can expect to hear a 'click'. But if you can communicate, they will often ask for your phone number and call you back. Security precaution. Prostitution is not exactly legal in Russia but nor is it strictly illegal. When they call you back they will give you an address and directions to the place. They will also often give you one or two door codes. This is where it gets goofy because Moscow is an old city with more nooks and crannies than you can shake a stick at. Thankfully, everything is referenced to the nearest Metro station. Once you find the right apartment, you walk up to the door and enter the code to get in. You punch in the first code and this gets you in to a small vestibule. In the case of a Brothel apartment, you often have a goon who meets you on the street and either takes you up or gives you the code depending on the neighborhood. In Tskiosha's place, the vestiblue was about 3 feet deep, 4 feet wide and 6.5 feet high with a 10 watt light bulb -you feel like you are in a broom closet. There's another keypad on the wall next to the door which you use to enter the second code. Once through that door you get into the lobby of the apartment building. Now, I use the term "lobby" very loosely. IT resembles something more like the basement level of any normal American apartment block. Staircase, elevator, no carpet, barely enough light to see. The first time you go to one of these apartments you wonder where the hell you are going and what your dick has gotten you into. So you get in the lift and get to the correct floor. In Tskiosha's building, the lift was open mesh so you could see each floor. Let me tell you, the hallways were not much better than the lobby. Basic concrete floors with a piece of carpet remnant thrown down in front of the door to each individual apartment. So you find the right door, ring the bell and a few moments later the door opens and you are greeted by the girl. The interior of the apartment is totally different from what you see out in the hall. Tskiosha's place was very, very , ultra modern with nice laminate floors and sleek appliances. She probably did her interior decorating at Ikea (which in Moscow is HUGE), but the place was spotless and comfortable. She had the place set up for so that she could "entertain guests" in her front room with easy access to the bathroom. You could tell that her full kitchen and proper bedroom were behind another door down a hallway. But the font part of the apartment formed nice bachelor suite of sorts. Again, the bathroom had all sorts of nice stuff in it and you could tell that she went out of her way to create a nice atmosphere in which to do business. While I was washing up, I realizd that since I found her on sextalk.ru, she was conscious about being "graded" and felt compelled to make a good impression.

It's mentioning a word or two about sextalk.ru. This is where the Russians have got it figured out. If there's a similar forum in Brazil, I certainly want to know about it. This forum regularly tracks hundreds (ok, maybe a hundred) girls and maintains their ratings. No joke. If you are interested in seeing a girl (either incall or outcall) all you need to do is go to the web and see if she's got a rating on sextalk. Of course there's a photo which is usually done in a studio, but the first thing guys report on is if the photo bears any resemblance to reality. What blew me away about sextalk was that it's self policing in that they are always on the lookout for suspicious or doubtful reports that are written by girls themselves trying to do a little self promotion. It's also points out the obvious airbrush or photo shop masterpieces as well. Pretty tough to put one over on Ivan. It's hysterical. Unfortunately, it's strictly in Russian so if you don't read Cyrillic and understand Russian, it's a bit daunting. But it's a goldmine of info. What I like about sextalk is that after reading one of two reports from guys, you can get a sense of whether or not the girl is right for with respect to attitude. How many times have we seen a babe thinking we were going to have a great session when there's something about her attitude that just turns you off and leads to wasted session? In the absence of Termas in Moscow, the combination of sextalk and working apartments makes it reasonable.

OK, back to the topic. Once inside, the girls almost ALWAYS offers you tea. So you sit down and have tea and talk about the weather and of course the money and what she will and won't do. Most of that is usually spelled out on the web profile in sextalk, but it never hurts to set expectations. What I found is that these girls are very cordial and friendly. Much warmer than the ones you find in the clubs and on the streets. Once teh pleasantries are out of the way, she hands you a nice warm towel, invites you to take a shower, and then you get down to business. What is attractive about these working apartments is that you can set up a line of communication with these girls. Sort of a regular drop in arrangement if that's what you are into. Kind of like going for a haircut to the same barber every month. Price wise, these girls tend to be pretty competitive. These days, the average is about $90 an hour. Maybe higher - maybe lower. That's just my experience. What's nice is that these girls are pretty liberal about the time factor. If you seem to have good chemistry and the girl is having a good time, then she'll stop the meter. Sort of subtle pressure on you to perform well in the send half of the session if you know what I mean.
