Try club Riche, it's exclusive and trendy. They host a casino on the third floor and the price of beer is about $2 for a large glass. It's not hard to get around via taxi but you'll have a hell of a time getting local transportation exp. buses trains....they are very limited with that so far. Riche is located in Old Stolkhom and a must do. If you're a male going to a bar/club. Most of the good ones require you to be 25 but 21 is typical for local venues. Local beer is very strong also.

The only Riche in Stockholm is "Restaurant Riche" which is not located in old Stockholm ("Gamla Stan") but in the southern part of the "finance triangle," the tip of which is the square in front of the national drama theatre ("Nybroplan"). The other tips of the triangle are at Stureplan and Hötorget ("the hay market"). Within this area you'll find most of the trendiest (and expensive) clubs, cafés and restaurants.
I digress. From Nybroplan walk Birger Jarls Street ("Birger Jarlsgatan" which begins there) north and you'll find Riche (nobody says "Restaurant Riche" here) quickly on your right at Birger Jarlsgatan #4.
You'll need to dress presentably. Jeans may work if you're wearing a nice shirt, tie and jacket. Plan on wearing chinos, shirt and jacket as the bottom line. Shoes? DON'T wear sandals!
The stated price of beer seems ridiculously low unless it was of the low-alcohol type. During the time the post was written I'd say from USD 5 (SEK 50) and up for a pint of strong beer. With the current devaluation of the USD from USD 6.
