www.friendlyrentals.com - I used these guys twice for apartment rentals and they were great. Recomended neighborhoods are La Latina and Las Asturias where you are within walking distance of many restaraunts, tabernas, bars, and clubs. You are also within walking distance of many tourist sites but you will not see many tourists in these neighborhoods.
