This is a repost from the TJ Board:
As a pubic service, with the winter setting in, i will share my recent trip to Aruba. A beautiful island 19 miles north of Venezuela, this is a favorite vacation destination for divers, windsurfers and gamblers. I tried to do some research prior to leaving ( I won this trip ) and found only 2 posts regarding Monger-type action. Anyway, cut to the chase..... If you are staying at any of the oceanfront resorts, a taxi to the city of San Nicolas will cost you US$30 each way. For US$2 you can take a bus to Oranjestadt (downtown) and transfer to another bus to San Nicolas. Busses terminate at midnight. There are about 5 or 6 bars with working girls all within a few blocks of each other in San Nicolas. The girls arrive for 30 days at a time to service the workers of the oil refinery directly across the street from the bars. Yes, the town stinks!
Most of the girls are from Colombia. I had 2 experiences, both were outstanding. Fees were $50 and $40 respectively, and since their rooms are in the bar, there is no extra charge for a hotel. Both girls I met were young, very attractive and unspoiled, yes the GFE was there. Lots of cuddling after unrushed sessions. My friend and I each acquired a chica, bought them drinks, bought us drinks, had another round and the bar tab was US$20, including the condom fee. Strangely, all bars serve beer in small (220cl) bottles, the local Balashi is very good.
If I remember correctly, the first night we went to Resaralda Bar and the second visit was Roxy Bar
Happy Mongering........ baddog

Aruba is not full of sexy scantilly dressed chicas as it caters to an older, "east coast", non-spring break type of clientele. Lots of families, and not a lot of "beautiful people" for eye candy.
Ironically however the daily island newspaper contains a permanent page dedicated to Massages, Escorts, and one place even offers tours of the red light district in San Nicholas.
All the hotels have casinos in them, but I never saw any working girls in the ones that gambled in.
Never made it out to the discos, but it appears that Oranjestad does have at least one strip club so you may not have to travel down to San Nicholas to have some extra-curricular entertainment. Biblos Disco in the Hotel Baccara is actually a striptease club. Address is Avenida Alo Tromp 37. Hours of operation are 9 pm until 5 am, every night.
In the Aruba Daily, most of the classified ad places indicate that they are "registered at Chamber of Commerce". These include Yap Yum Escort and Massage, Elite Sensual Massage and Escort, Doll House, World's Best Escort Services and Massage, Relax Massage, and Xsotic Massage and Escort.
One important note is that prices in Aruba are very similar to those in Europe so don't expect the prices to be lower than here at home.
Even though the island is not chock full of hot chicas, I met one hottie who was a waitress working the hotel beach front named Patricia. She was serving drinks and delivering the food, and was from Columbia, about 5' tall, 22 yrs old, single, and very friendly. She was always fully dressed in the hotel issue long pants and a polo type shirt with a baseball cap and shades, but there was no doubt that she was a hottie beneath all that cover up.

Here is an excerpt from a trip report of Apr-04:
Aruba background:
Aruba was a Dutch island, and although now independent it is still organized with The Netherlands (Dutch protectorate?). While there is a lot of Dutch being spoken, I’d say there is just as much Spanish due to the large number of Colombian and Venezuelan immigrants, and of course some local language created, too. The island is only 17 miles off the Venezuelan coast.
The official currency is the Aruba guilder (AWG), which is fixed (nonfloating) at 1.75AWG per USD. Still, USD is accepted everywhere, with no exception. Places even make change in USD (except coins), in fact no one ever even tried to make change with AWGs.
A basic map of the island can be seen here, at the Hyatt Aruba site:
http://aruba.hyatt.com/property/areaguide/maps/index.jhtml
Nonpro options:
All of the major nightlife is in the capital city of Oranjastad, which is about 10-15 minutes down the road from the hotel district. I rented a car, so I can’t provide info on taxi costs or availability. Once there, everything is within walking distance.
Carlos and Charlie’s is the main place I’d say. It’s very young. Next door is Bahia, which is not as busy except on Saturday night, where it was packed. Bahia has the full Direct TV package, too. About 1.5 blocks away is Mambo Jambo, which I was told would have many Colombian nonpros, but I never saw any attractive girls there in my four nights of visiting. Tantra is supposed to be the late night spot (after midnight, maybe starting as late a 2a) on the weekends, but it was closed for remodeling or licensing problems so I didn’t get to find out. The only notable place in the hotel district is Moomba’s (Moomba Beach?) which is between the Marriott and the Holiday Inn, and is really only highly popular for the Sunday night sunset time (and maybe Saturday?).
I stayed at the Hyatt (part of the Faster Free Nights promotion), which is quite nice. The rooms aren’t spectacular, but the property actually is super nice in that Hyatt resort way – great pool area, nice beach, cool gardens and landscaping, etc. If you are on the Regency Club floor, or have access to the lounge, they have a terrific breakfast buffet (like smoked salmon every morning, good juice, eggs, breakfast meats) and for the evening snack they actually put out a mini-buffet. The food on two of the nights was good enough that I made it my main meal after returning from snorkeling trips at the beach - I found myself spending the rest of the night partying or doing San Nicolas.
From the area around the Hyatt (e.g. any hotel) San Nicolas is about 15-25 minutes (guessing) past Oranjastad, call it about 30-40 minutes in total.
Gambling:
Aruba has numerous casinos. Although I do like to gamble, my time was short enough, and with good weather by day and pro and nonpro options at night I never found the time. I did notice that blackjack seems to have the same odds as Vegas except for dealer must stand on soft 17 (or do I have that reversed?). And I can’t remember if dealer takes his down card before the round or after all players play their hands.
Beaches:
Aruba has great beaches. The west side (hotel area) is leeward, and where all the busy spots are. The surfing would be on the east side, but with no busy spots I figured renting a board would be difficult so I didn’t visit there. Arashi beach in the north (less than 5 minutes past the Marriott, the last hotel) is very pretty, and a little up the road is the lighthouse and views to the east. But the snorkeling and coral was poor – I wouldn’t go again for that. Baby Beach on the southern tip, about 10 minutes past San Nicholas was my favorite. There are actually three different beaches here: Rogers is the most crowded on a weekend, there is a nice little snorkel beach next to a fenced in cemetery, and Baby beach has a nice tidal lagoon perfect for families. If you snorkel out of one of two rocky entrances of the lagoon, there is better than average coral with good fish life. I’d compare it to Key Largo or Abacos, but clearly nothing like Cayman (diving) or Hawaii. There are wrecks all over the coast, but I didn’t dive. I was told by friends that the diving is not good at all, not even worth bringing my gear (given that I have numerous dive options throughout the year). The beaches around the hotels are very pretty, with super soft sand and very calm water. The place to kitesurf is the beach adjacent and to the north of the Marriott.

Getting ready to travel to Aruba and I am curious if anyone has been and knows what the current climate is for P4P and Non-pros given the Natalie Hollaway attention. Any info?

For all you mongers traveling to Aruba, for whatever reason....................I know you're not going there primarily for the mongering!
Just returned from there being on a family trip with the wife and kids. Wanting to escape one evening, it was possible to float a cover story to see if I could catch some pussy in about an hour. Drove to an area mid-island that had some addresses for the Escort services and massage parlors, but I never got out of the car once I reached this area since it looked very unsafe.....like as soon as you walked out of the car someone would knife you. The people walking around the neighborhood, if you an call it that, we all pretty shabby. I turned around to go back in the same direction I can from, back to the hotel district, and some guy waved a huge bag of pot my way hoping that is what I was looking for.
Disappointed and horny, I drove back to my hotel. I never consulted this board before going to Aruba, but even still, if I did I am not sure I would go to San Nicholas on limited time. Its about an hour drive from the hotel district, which primarily houses Jews from Long Island NY and their families on vacation.
I just read here that there is a tour to some Red Light district, which indicates that prostitution must be legal in certain venues on Aruba. If I was alone on business, or with some mongering buds, I would prefer doing this.
Aruba should not be classified as a mongering destination; it just isn't. But if you find yourself stuck there for whatever reason, its nice to know that santa claus provides whores to fuck in San Nicholas. Outside the hotel district, the country is pretty much a shit-hole, and the locals are pretty rude. I stayed in a golf village which was excellent, and of course everyone was great there.
The beaches are beautiful, but oddly the water was pretty dick shrinking cold. Global warming and polar ice meltdown? Most likely.
The restaurants are filled with good looking waitresses from columbia, italy, norway, germany and italy. You could probably work them for a good GFE if you stayed long enough. One columbiana was the hostess and extremely hot, smiling at me as I am cutting my kids food. Phewwwwwwwwwww
You know the rest..........needed a cold shower.
Just out of interest I called the local massage/escort services, and one lady told me candidly the going price for sex et al was $200 to $250.......for me that's pricy. I used to a fantastic lay from a columbiana in Panama for $60 to $80, with a great blow job.
All in all, Aruba really has no redeeming values that you cannot get better someplace else. I would never go back.

Ok, let me set everyone straight about aruba.
I've been tro Aruba 3 times, Cancun once, Bogota Colombia once and also to Wndsor Canada once.
Aruba so far has been my best time of the 3.
This island is kind of boring for night life, except for Carlos and Charlies- now called Senor Frogs.
Great to ATV around the island, go deep sea fishing, and oh yeah MONGER.
Firstly Prostitution is legal and recommended even by the police- which actually happened once while I got puled over for driving down the wrong way of a 1 way street the cop said to me "Hey you're driving the wrong way"-while I was sipping a beer and smoking a joint and he said no problem just wanted you to know and hey if you turn right over here you'll find some excellent whores working in the bars.
It is legal for escorts for In-Call and for their "Red Light District" in San Nicholas.
The call girls should cost 80-120 USD and Hour and the Bar Girls are 30-60 USD per session roughly 45 min. to 1 hour; basically until you get your rocks off.
The Bar Girls each have their own little room and a shower for you to use and the rooms are generally very clean. Colombian women are mainly very clean and proper in their actions and 99% of my activities are completely with a condom.
I have had a few girls who will give some BBBJ, but most will not.
3-somes are ok, but the girls' dislike for BB activities kind of limit the fun, some girls will change the condom inbetween swapping for blowjobs.
I have also found that most of the women are not BI- like their American Counter Parts, so they are fun, but not as fun together.
Party hard and have fun, no one will mess with you.
This is a great island with at least 20 bars and each bar has 4 girls except for 1 which has 8, maybe they qualify because it was 2 seperate bars that became 1.
Nearly all of the girls like I said are hot as hell and range anywhere between 21 and 35 years old. Many of them are enhances, but some are not.
I have taken a couple of the girls back to my hotel before, but this is somewhat costly, because the bar owners have to get paid for their time- $100.00 USD and the girl usually wants $150.00 for her time, but compared to a typically skanky hooker who wants $200-300.00 for 45 minutes in the USA it's a bargain for an all night GFE experience- which I did get all the BBBJ's I wanted.
I did have 1 EXTREMELY memorable experience one day about 1 in the after noon and I think that I was the only guy in town at that time and I walked by 4 girls who were standing outside the back door of their Bar/Room and the girl said hey baby come here.
She then said how about you fuck all 4 of our pussies for $100.00
These girls were a mixed bag of cany all beautiful, but different with some fake and natural tits some tall and some short, it was awesome.
These 4 girls had done this before and they were pretty comfortable with each other and I acutally got some Pussy to Mouth with 2 of the girls.
That was by far one of the best sexual experiences of my life and one I'll never forget.
I would suggest when you go into the room lay $30.00 on the dresser and get to work unless they ask for more, which will mostly be $40.00, but some girls don't care and will do it for $20.00!!!
Have fun!!!
