Casa Iraisa is a small, residential brothel in a yellow building on Juan Bautista Vicini just to the right of the Mozart Hotel (white/blue building) at the corner of Vicini and Elena Montano. Iraisa Tavares is the female owner/manager.
The lineup on a Monday afternoon 12 ladies, not too bad but not too good either. When I finished in the later afternoon it looked like a couple more nice ones were available.
Beers were 100 DOP each and I went for an onsite session for 2500 DOP for an hour, I think.
