The Jaguar Apart Studios are located in an unmarked building about a block and a half north of Manolos Restaurant at the corner of Hermanos Deligne and Avenida Independencia. You should have the address handy since taxi drivers may not be familiar with the name. The place is guest-friendly with no additional charges.
Out of Hostal Riazor, Mystik Hotel, and here, I liked the wifi here the best, although I did have problems with one of their networks. The owner or one of the staff is supposedly a technical guy, at least that's what I had read.
Jaguar is close to Riazor, but it's up a small, poorly lit street that looks sketchy at night. I didn't have any problems, but you should be aware.
Another reservation I had was that the staff were not professional dressed, they looked like random people off the street, so it didn't leave me with a good first impression.
Although I will likely stay here again, I would recommend you book at least your first night somewhere else, and check this place out to see if you feel comfortable here.
For comparison, I thought I'd clarify that I still prefer Mystik. The rooms here are nicer and the internet is better, but it's simply not as convenient. Having the 24 restaurant just down the street is a plus, but it doesn't outweigh the hassles of paying for a cab from the Pasteur clubs to bring back a lady and not having a 24 mini stall where you can buy things like chips and condoms.

The apartment was small with a kitchen and mini dining area and a king size bed. The neighborhood is quiet in a residential area I only hear the occasional motos buzzing by. It will have to do for $60.00 per night.
There was no restaurant or pool on site. The WIFI was strong and the air-conditioning was decent. I had problems with the cable having a poor picture and the power would go out intermittently and later be restored by the outside generator.
